Supporting Individuals, Relationships, Families & Systems with Intention
As a systemically trained therapist, I work with individuals, couples, polycules, families, groups, and organizations by considering the full context of their lives. I consider how systems—such as identity, culture, family, community, faith, socioeconomic background, education, and experiences of oppression—shape how we move through the world and connect with others. This approach is especially vital in working with queer clients and those navigating complex relational and sexual dynamics.
I specialize in supporting:
- Queer individuals and couples
Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating coming out, or deepening your relationships, I offer affirming, nonjudgmental support rooted in lived experience and cultural humility. - Sex therapy
I provide a safe space to explore desire, intimacy, pleasure, sexual concerns, and communication—whether solo or with partners. This work is inclusive of all orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures.
I also work with polycules, non-monogamous dynamics, and families of all kinds, including chosen families, helping people grow with intention inside their unique systems. While my practice centers queer individuals, couples, and polycules, I also welcome straight individuals and couples who are seeking an affirming and systemic approach to therapy.
My Approach
My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and intersectional. I won’t ask, “What’s wrong with you?” or even, “What happened to you?” Instead, we’ll explore “How has this shaped your life?” and “What kind of support do you need right now?” My role is to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where your whole self is welcome—and where we try to find a place of comfort in a world of chaos.
